ACAS website

By immersing ourselves in ACAS and their clients’ world, we developed a deep understanding of the issues and problems of their current website. From this we developed persona and needs profiles, a customer-centric web strategy which recognised the importance of search within the customer journey. We developed a prototype information architecture which evolved in usability tests with a cross-section of end-users. Using the insights uncovered, we created a new design concept, clearly defined structure and content strategy.
