Big Ask
We wanted to demonstrate that if you really want to help homeless people, you should give to The Connection at St Martin-in-the-Field. Their location (next to Trafalgar Sq) means they provide help to people right on their doorstep – literally! This includes short-term help such as beds, showers and meals as well as long-term solutions such as helping people to find a home, learn new skills, build up their confidence, find a job or go to college.
To illustrate the fact that your money goes so much further when you give to The Connection at St Martin’s, we staged two events that used the familiar image of homeless people begging.
