The website communicates the key messages via an interactive bar scene and an Alcohol Unit Calculator widget was posted on partner websites and downloaded to use on social networks, blogs and iGoogle. Results are impressive with an average of 7,000 unique visitors per day, with a dwell time of just over 3 minutes.

Our work in truly understanding the different audience groups and their needs led to a customer centred website. We began by interviewing key stakeholders, holding focus groups with end-users and working with the telephone helpline teams. Visit microsite
