We help our IKEA FAMILY customers get smart with space in their homes. Using surround-video format technology we created a 360° virtual home which was small on space but big on ideas.
Using our online tool, customers could explore and interact with an impressive array of clever, multi-functional, small-space storage solutions, unlocking the potential in IKEA products and their home. Users could choose to explore on their own, clicking hotspots to open up content that was relevant to them − from tips and inspiration to product solutions − or they could follow our Interior Designer as she shared the clever thinking behind the spaces.
Fully optimised for all mobile platforms and linking directly to the eCommerce engine behind the IKEA website to complete the user journey and offer click-to-purchase, the campaign was a great success, increasing increasing both store visits and sales.
